Personal coaching

Personal coaching enables you to grow and to get the most out of your life. A coach helps you to get to know yourself better, to see your strengths, pitfalls and unique possibilities. This motivates you to develop yourself and reach your professional or personal goals. By making changes to your behaviour, feelings, reactions and convictions you will increase your grip on life. Personal coaching has a positive influence on how you see - and interact with - yourself and others. A series of coaching sessions, usually between five and ten, involves confidential dialogue and different kinds of exercises and methods.
